Our web interface is also customizable according to customer requirements and provides a secure download area with reports and documents for registry und registrars. An extension by the Key-Systems components as the reseller platformRRPproxy, the White-label end customer solutiondd24, or the Brand protection portalBrandShelter is possible. If required, customers can also obtain consulting services and receive assistance in communicating with ICANN. We also offer the complete management of registrars and resellers, as well as access to comprehensive marketing packages. In addition to support by phone and e-mail, an emergency response team is available for registry operators around the clock. Our system is always up-to-date: We offer EPP SRS according to the current state of the art, a standard RDDS (WHOIS) and a searchable RDDS (WHOIS), Data Escrow, IDN support and a worldwide coverage of Anycast DNS (DNSSEC). Further, we provide an optional billing module handling all ECB currencies as well as the integration of credit card and Paypal. The complete KSregistry design is based on a TIER III architecture which guarantees a maximum of security at network operation center locations in St. Ingbert and Munich (Germany). All business and security processes of KSregistry are based on ITILv3 standard and ISO 27001.
