Our market area covers all of Oswego County and parts of Jefferson, Lewis, and Onondaga County. Also on staff is a certified occupancy specialist that assists in the management of a 24-unit senior citizen apartment complex in the Village of Mexico, a 20 unit family apartment complex in Sandy Creek, N.Y., and 6 apartments in the renovated Redfield School in Redfield, N.Y. along with several privately owned single and multi-family homes.
