Landmark Realty is a national real estate company focused on acquisition, development, sales and in-house property management. We began in 1968 with one 4-unit building in the Mission District of San Francisco. Over the last 40 years, we have expanded into Alameda, Marin, Napa, Dixon, Albuquerque, Kansas City and Maui with over 2,000 units in 60 properties. We have gained expert knowledge of each market and honed strategies to succeed in each. As a result our business continues to flourish and grow. Today our headquarters are located in San Francisco with satellite offices in each of our regions. The Landmark Team is an eclectic group of professionals with an extensive knowledge of real estate. With a technologically advanced approach, we offer great functionality such as renters signing their leases on-line, current tenants making rent payments through our website and robust reporting features for both owners and investors. These versatile tools allow us to employ dynamic business models based on the unique environments where we operate.
