With many years experience in the industry we have an in-depth understanding of the best options for maximising the value of your land via planning applications for development, coupled with the know-how to achieve it. Prior to co-founding the Land Promotion Group, I worked for almost 30 years in the house building industry. I have worked for regional and national developers as both Land Director or Land Manager and during these roles I have been responsible for identifying land with planning and development potential. This site identification and acquisition experience has been gained throughout the South West and I have enjoyed a successful track record. During my career I have also worked for a national retirement developer giving me the experience to identify sites suitable for a variety of uses. Immediately before co-founding the Land Promotion Group, I was Land &a; Planning Director for a large national house-building company, responsible for delivering planning permissions and site acquisitions across the South West. Prior to that I worked for a number of regional developers. I was born in the South West and continue to work here. With 35 years in the house-building industry my focus is on the economic potential and technical deliverability of land. A qualified chartered engineer, I became a building control officer then managed an architectural practice specialising in large housing schemes. I have also lectured part-time in construction at South Devon College and was a director of a private development company before co-founding the Land Promotion Group. I was born in the South West and continue to work here.
