Language & Culture Worldwide, LLC was founded in 1999 by Monica Francois Marcel and Randall Stieghorst, two returned Peace Corps Volunteers who understand both personally and professionally what it takes to succeed and build relationships across cultures. LCW is dedicated to the issues of culture and language as they impact business and societal relationships. The LCW team includes management based in Chicago (USA) as well as translators, trainers, and project managers located across the globe. Our specialty is helping you understand the diversity of behaviors and values that drive workplaces and determine the success of ventures across multicultural groups.
