La Parva

Located just 50 kilometers from Chiles capitol Santiago. La Parva, is the most exclusive ski resort in Chile, Located 2750 meters above sea level, it offers a unique, and picturesque mountain village surrounded by endless views of untouched landscapes. You can be skiing the same day you arrive at Santiagos international airport. La Parva averages around 762 cms (300 inches) of snow per year, so finding stashes of good snow here is no secret. Its 15 lifts lead to more than 2,500 acres of skiable terrain, with more than 30 trails for all abilities. The base elevation is at 2662 meters above sea level and the peak rises to 3720 meters which creates a vertical rise of 1058 meters. In La Parva you will often see professional athletes training and capturing images during the North American off season.
