California-based VerifPoint was created from the nationally recognized Dental Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) known as CreDENTALs Services, Inc. Founded in 1996, CreDENTALs became the largest Dental CVO in the Nation with its lowest cost, highest technology reporting process that provided accurate practitioner information. Our nationwide capabilities allow our clients to review a practitioner's credentials anywhere and anytime from our secure website. The credentialing data and images are easily assimilated into our clients' internal credentialing system, which offers flexibility for future planning, growth and support in reaching faster healthcare credentialing decisions. In 2002, it became clear that other healthcare markets could benefit from our services. CreDENTALs changed its name to VerifPoint and now leverages its efficient systems and highly competitive pricing throughout the dental, vision, medical and therapy professions.
