Founded in 1999, Lazear Capital Partners is a Middle Market focused investment Banking Firm based in Columbus, Ohio. Our services include Mergers and Acquisitions, ESOP Formations, Capital Formation (debt, mezzanine, and equity), and Turnaround/Creditor Advisory. Our firm is unique in that our clients only deal with our four partners, who average over twenty-five years of experience with firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Bank of America, GE Capital and Talisman Capital Partners. Our partners have worked through multiple economic cycles and have led more than 500 transactions. Through its Merchant Banking Division, LCP also invests in middle market companies as a principal. We invest in equity for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth financings and distressed situations. Our firm will invest in control or minority positions in companies in a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and business services.
