(LBI) was founded in 2003, and has since establish itself as an 8 (a), minority owned small business as well as an accomplished state of California general & electrical contractor (B & C-10 licenses) . LBI is based out of Thousand Oaks, CA and prides itself on being a solution provider, specializing in all facets of vertical and horizontal construction. With over 120 years of combined construction management experience LBI's management team is a group of highly qualified experts in government, commercial and private construction industries. LBI has an extensive background in healthcare construction (both occupied and non occupied). With such an extensive background in construction and highly skilled workforce we are able to do a substantial amount of "In-House" construction. As well as a plethora of new construction, minor construction,repairs and both complex and simple renovations and or repairs. Our project staff is also well versed in Design Build, Design-Bid Build, P.O., Sole Source, Negotiated, Task Order and Lowest Price Technically accepted contract types.
