We are well equipped with advanced machinery such as laser die cut machine, automatic stuffing machine, needles detector and over 100 sewing machines together with a group of technical personnel, which enables to turn your design from sketch to the final product. With our professional and well experienced management personnel we achieve the Streamline Production -- to have all processes done under one roof including pattern die cut design, sampling, main production as well as packaging. Our main products include plush toys; key ring series, gloves, finger cots, holding pillows and knapsacks, etc. All of our toy products are complied with EN71 and ATSM international standard. As with our silicone and injection molding factory also situated in Chang Ping Town, Dong Guan, P.R. China, total area of 20,000 sq ft, we produces high quality silicone and plastic injection kitchenware and component, such as silicone bake ware, muffin cup, cupcake case, silicone spatula, silicone placemat, iWatch belt and etc. With our 13 silicone heat pressing machines, color mixing machine and 5 injection machines we provide a strong production capability. We also conduct a strict quality control system (in-house DURPO and FRI inspection), product testing (Total Immigration, VOM & etc) through 3 rd party Lab and on-site production monitoring. All our products have got FDA & LFGB approvals that are complied and suitable for the Europe and USA markets. With both of our factories located just 5 minutes away from each other, we can provide tailor-made ODM and OEM designs as per our customers' requests especially when product requires both cut and sewn and silicone or plastic injection components where you only need to deal with one reliable and capable supplier.
