LearnSpark is the complete education, learning and training company for schools, organisations and businesses. We offer an innovative approach to the delivery of training, events and support services, always striving to reflect the latest developments in teaching and learning methodology, computer based learning and ICT. Paul Gray established LearnSpark Ltd in 2011. Beginning his career as a post-primary teacher of Business Studies and Economics, Paul later went on to work with the Education & Library Board, now the Education Authority for Northern Ireland. He then worked as an Education Manager for the Council for Curriculum, Examination and Assessment, CCEA. Paul is passionate about education, working with pupils, teachers, classroom assistants and parents, guiding them towards reaching their full potential. When he decided to start his own education support organisation he had the aim of delivering training and support that was energising and motivational. His mission was to connect with schools and teachers at a more personal level, focusing on what they wanted to change and challenge in their own practice. Paul believes that wider society and the business community should have a greater role within education; more effectively linking in with the curriculum, supporting teachers and school staff as well as enriching the learning and experiences of pupils.
