Family owned and operated, Lee Hy Paving Corporation has been in business since 1956 in Central and Eastern Virginia. Lee Hy works on commercial, industrial, and public asphalt paving projects for customers who expect the highest quality performed by skilled professionals. Our customers return to us because of our reputation for safety and dependability. Lee Hy has four state-of-the-art asphalt plants strategically located in Goochland, New Kent, Chester, & Warsaw. But we're not limited by our facilities. Lee Hy has strong partnerships with other asphalt manufactures that allows us to remain competitive anywhere in Virginia. At each of our asphalt plants, we manufacture a wide selection of asphalt materials for our projects, and we're a main supplier for other paving contractors in Central Virginia. Lee Hy has grown our business to over 200 dedicated and professional employees. And we don't take that responsibility lightly. Our employees are highly skilled and are continuously receiving in-house training by our full-time Safety Director.
