Leesman is a private company founded early in 2010 by Tim Oldman with Annie Leeson and Divyang Mistry. We are passionately interested in measuring the relationship between organisations, people and place. Our growing global presence and impact, driven by intellectual curiosity to develop new products, will enable us to explore other workplaces. The Leesman Index is now the largest independent source of workplace effectiveness data in the world. Our team have just one rule that we ask all to follow: exceed the expectation. There is no staff handbook, schedule of deliverables or onerous performance targets. Instead, we have just one simple attitudinal approach that is applicable to every member of the team in everything they do, whether for a client, supplier, or for each other.
