LEMAC provide a total Non-Ferrous Pressure Die-casting service, from constructive input during component design, through tooling design and manufacture to volume component production, die maintenance and modification. The services we provide are: Die-casting in zinc and aluminium alloys (to a casting weight of 2 Kg.) Die design and manufacture Volume component production Vibratory finishing Drilling Tapping Machining of castings to final specification LEMAC specialists in Die Casting In addition to the above activities we have designed and manufacture a range of Die-cast Adjustable feet for use on catering equipment and on tubular fabrications. Our Die casting service is quality accredited to BS EN ISO 9002.
