Leon de Bruxelles SA is a France-based company that is primarily engaged in the operation of a chain of restaurants. It is specialized in serving mussel-based dishes, such as mussels with French fries, but it also offers desserts, a range of beers and others. As of December 31, 2007, the Company operated over 40 restaurants in France, in such cities as Paris, Reims, Nancy, Orleans, Clermont, Bordeaux and Montpellier, among others.
