This usually provides the confidence needed to embrace the project and move forward; Functional design specification: Process analysis and business requirements definition; Functional specification documentation as deliverable; Obtain sign-offs from Technical and Business stakeholders. Technical design specification: Our System Architects analyze the requirements to identify the optimal solution; Technical specification documentation is provided as deliverable; Sign-offs from Technical and Business stakeholders are obtained as a milestone. Build and Unit tests: Leveraging our delivery resources in Brazil, we can count on a variety of professional skills and scale to your resource requirements Peer review concept is used to guarantee quality of our deliverables; Define Test Scripts, UAT Scrips, User guide and Operational Manual: Based on the Functional Specification, our QA Engineering team builds scripts used for System Unit Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; When applications are ready for UAT, QA team delivers the User guide and Operational Manual; System tests: QA team validates the solution following the defined test scenarios; The development team supports the QA team on Bug fixes and/or enhancements and adjustment requests; Go Live: Functional and technical teams work together with the customer's IT team to elaborate the Deployment Plan; Functional and Technical teams fully support the go live; Post Go Live: Functional and Technical teams provide post-implementation care period, delivering adjustments as needed; Based on your requirements, we can deliver your entire project or any of these phases independently.
