Tax Practice is headed by Sarvesh Srivastava who is one of the leading tax counsel who has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of tax issues including interpretation of International Tax Treaties and Nonresident Taxation. He has been advising on all issues with respect of cross-border transactions including mitigation of permanent establishment exposure, tax efficient structuring of strategic foreign investment. Capital Markets & Private Equity practice is headed by Neeru Tuteja who has extensive experience in advising issuers, underwriters, and equity holders on capital market transactions involving IPOs, QIPs, FCCBs and GDRs. She has led numerous Indian companies to a successful listing(s) on the domestic and international stock exchanges. Dispute Resolution Practice is headed by Indranil Ghosh who has extensive experience in acting for clients before various forums including, Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Commissions and Tribunals. Mr. Ghosh has acting acting for clients in domestic and international commercial arbitration matters with seat in India and outside India. He is well versed with arbitration rules including, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, LCIA India, UNCITRAL. Mr. Ghosh has been nominated as "The International Who's Who of Commercial Litigators 2007", Won the Queen's Award, Asia Law Leading Lawyers in the field of Dispute Resolution by Asia Pacific Lawyers, Scroll of Honour for the year 2009 presented by International Council of Jurists, All India Bar Association.
