Founded in 2002, Lexington Wealth Management is an advisor-owned independent financial services company serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. The firm was founded with the belief that clients best interests are served by an independent firm that completely maintains objectivity. As such, we serve in a fiduciary capacity to all clients, both individual and corporate. We primarily work on a fee basis to reduce compensation-related conflicts of interest that would impair our financial advice. LWM is not affiliated with any large Wall Street firms or product providers. All of our compensation comes from our wealth management and retirement plan consulting services-LWM receives no indirect compensation. Our mission is to focus on the needs of our clients, by wise counsel and effective stewardship of the assets entrusted to us. We also believe that the most appropriate structure of a true wealth management firm is a privately owned by professionals who are actively involved in the delivery of advice to clients. Public companies and corporate ownership by a financial institution, involves potential conflicts of interest, exposes the client to undue risk, and moves the focus away from the client. Our practice works with individuals and families that have $250,000 and above who engage us to provide wealth management services. Our Retirement Plan Consulting practice works with businesses both publicly and privately owned as well as non-profits with assets of $1,000,000 and above.
