LibanPack

LibanPack, the Lebanese Packaging Center, was founded in November 2008 through the joint support of the UNIDO - MACLE* project, funded by Switzerland through its State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), ALI (the Association of Lebanese Industrialists) and The syndicate of packaging industries in Lebanon. LibanPack is a nonprofit private sector association representing stakeholders from the food and packaging sectors in Lebanon. It stands as a national central point for all economic operators concerned with packaging some of which include: manufacturers, users, converters, suppliers, designers, testing institutions, packaging specialists, providers of trainings and educational programs and students. LibanPack\'s mission is to address key issues across the packaging value chain, from improving packaging and labeling to increasing market access of Lebanese products for export markets.
