With over forty-five years and two generations in the business, Lico Contracting, Inc. is one of New York City's foremost residential contractors. A staff of over seventy-five includes the finest of project managers, supervisors, millworkers and carpenters. All experienced in their expertise of executing high-end residential commissions. Our 15,000 sq. ft. millworking facility produces premium custom millwork to designers detailing and finishing specifications. For large projects, we will often team with other fine millworking shops to assure a timely completion while maintaining the highest level of finishes. The long time relationships that we have with the finest residential subcontractors, along with our own crews, enable us to guarantee that a project be completed on time, budget and of the highest quality. We pride ourselves in maintaining a lifetime of dedication to our clients. After a project is completed, we continue to serve as families grow and minor home renovations are required.
