Lifosa
Lifosa AB (Lifosa JSC), formerly Fostra AB, is a Lithuania-based company the main activity of which is the production and wholesale trade of nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers, principally diammonium phosphate (DAP). Lifosa AB also produces aluminum fluoride, phosphoric acid and technical grade sulfuric acid. The Company has four major plants engaged in the production of sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, mono-ammonium phosphate and aluminum fluoride with a subdivision for feed phosphates. The Company sells its products on the domestic market, as well as exports its production to Eastern, Central and Western Europe, South-Eastern Asia, Africa and Latin America. As of December 31, 2008, the Company was 91.15%-owned subsidiary of Mineral Chemical Company Eurochem JSC located in Russia.
