We at The Lions Prep aim to serve gourmet style food to the best of our ability in form of a healthy nutritional meal prep, we have a great experienced team in order to get the quality we achieve. Our Head Chef was former Senior Souf chef aboard celebrity cruises in The Gavrosh Michelin starred signature restaurant. Being a premium nutrition company we aim to do everything we can in order to help you, our client achieve a healthy balanced diet, or something more intense in form of building muscle or losing weight diet. All nutritional information is found on our menu page to allow you to create a specific macro counted meal and with the 288 different variations of meals we can assure you can get quite specific in what fuels your body. Not only do we aim to serve great food to our customers we also aim to serve the homeless a lovely nutritional meal every week, we cook and serve.
