Lutheran Laypeople's League
The LLL (Lutheran Laypeople's League of Australia) is a charitable financial institution that serves the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA). Established in 1921, the LLL provides savings accounts to members of the Lutheran community, with deposits enabling the LLL to provide low-interest loans to approved LCA projects, such as upgrades to Lutheran schools, churches and care facilities around Australia. The LLL is not a bank and does not offer loans to individuals ir non-LCA entities; rather it exists to provide safe and secure savings to members of the Lutheran community while continuing to support the mission of the LCA. For a more detailed explanation of how the LLL operates refer to the LLL Notice to Depositors. The LLL also actively encourages members of the LCA to consider leaving a legacy. Supporters can choose to leave a legacy without conditions or to support a specific LLL Permanent Fund.
