LMC Industrial Contractors

LMC Industrial Contractors was founded in 1982 by Lawrence Mehlenbacher in Avon, New York as a mechanical contracting company focused on process piping. In the early 1990's, while still performing Mechanical Contracting services, LMC became heavily involved in Industrial Contracting projects which became the main focus and direction of the company going forward. In order to expand the company and facilitate its growth, Lawrence purchased the Foster Wheeler Facility in 2005. Located directly off Interstate 390, just south of Rochester, New York. This facility provided key essentials for expansion. The facility supported LMC's operations with a covered 650,000 sq. ft. production facility, and a 55 acre storage yard sitting on 83 acres. The facility is serviced by the short rail line operation Rochester & Southern.
