The purpose of this web-blog is to help employers and job seekers to find each other via job postings in region of North Sumatra. The growth of internet access has help the job seekers to find the job information ranging from the personal, small, medium and large companies. We consider that, there are many authorized recruiter websites in Indonesia, but we find that most people not only look for jobs on a professional basis. Therefore, the registration is not required here. Indonesia is a large country and consist of many islands. Due to the traveling cost, people searching for the jobs in their nearest area. Since the launcing of LokerSumut in March 2012, we realizes the significant increasing of visitors and the growing numbers of employers that use our service to publish their job vacancy. However, we are not tech-savvies, but we pursue to make LokerSumut.com useful and more user-friendly by doing gradual improvements. As a team, we share the roles to update and maintain this web-blog.
