Loomis Armored

Loomis Armored is the largest provider of cash logistics services in Canada with a nationwide network of 46 branches, 2,800 staff and a fleet of over 500 vehicles. A substantial part of the company's turnover is derived from services related to automated teller machines, including cash replenishment and engineering maintenance of the machines themselves. Completion of the transaction is subject to Canadian government approval under the Investment Canada Act. It is expected that completion will occur before the end of April.
