Law of the Jungle was founded in 1999 by Greg San Miguel. The company's major shareholder is the Paul Ramsay Group of Ramsay Health Care and Prime Media, who holds a 50% share of the business. Greg was previously a senior partner in a law firm and has held executive and board positions with the Australasian Compliance Institute, GPET (the federal government body responsible for the education and training of GPs) and in the Ethnic Affairs Commission in the premier's department. He is recognised across Australia for his leadership at the intersection of law, compliance, technology, online learning and business improvement.
