Chippen Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Lowes Petroleum has been leading the way in fuel and lubricant distribution since 1977. We have come a long way since its humble beginnings with one truck and one driver in small regional town of Boggabilla, NSW in 1977. Today we have expanded our fleet and our distribution network throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Due to this expansion and service capabilities, on September 1st 2015 Lowes Petroleum Service entered into a joint venture partnership with BP Australia forming a new company called Ocwen Energy Pty Ltd. The Chippen Holdings business has continued to operate as a separate entity since the joint venture specialising in being the one stop shop service provider of fuels, lubricants and equipment throughout metropolitan areas of Brisbane QLD and Sydney NSW. We pride ourselves on consistently providing quality products as well as better and more effective solutions for our customer's ever changing needs. The company's Staff has a wealth of fuel and oil industry experience and we pride ourselves in providing a solution to any Fuel and Lubrication requirement.
