Loyds Lock

Loyds' Lock Co., LLC began as Loyd's Construction and Lock with Bruce Loyd the owner. The company focused primarily on remodel and small construction jobs with a retail store providing keys and locks. After time the construction side of the business was phased out and the locksmithing side became the focus.  In July of 2005 John Loyd - Bruce's son - joined the business as a partner and the name was changed to reflect this new partnership. The company then began pushing the electronic security side of the business to expand business. The company is located in Mexico, MO in a rural setting that reflects the Mid-Western work ethic that both owners were brought up with. Bruce holds a B.S. in Building Construction Technology from Central Missouri State University and John holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University - Kansas City.
