The Lundbeck Foundation is a commercial research foundation which awards grants to Danish-based biomedical research groups, with their main focus being the field of brain research. The group operates with three main subsidiaries and an international portfolio of venture capital companies and biotech companies. Their subsidiaries include Alk, Falck, and H. Lundbeck AS. The Foundation was established in 1954 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
