Manhattan Athletic Club

Since 1996, The Manhattan Athletic Club has provided the busiest of New Yorkers with physical fitness solutions that help add balance to hectic schedules. We cater to the comfort and convenience of our members with spacious workout areas and fully stocked and immaculately maintained locker rooms. Our professional trainers, who have expertise across a variety of fitness disciplines, are available to assist members with everything from competitive training and weight management to overcoming acute or chronic conditions. Members enjoy plenty of breathing room in MAC's main fitness area, where 20-foot ceilings and massive windows bring in abundant natural light. In addition to premium free weight and circuit training equipment, MAC has over 70 top-of-the-line cardiovascular machines and a glass-walled studio for our yoga, Pilates, and spin classes.
