Machining Concepts

Machining Concepts was founded in 1995 to satisfy a market need by medium to large manufacturing companies for an engineering partnership arrangement with a precision machining company. The Company, with its high skill base and breadth of experience, is capable of producing a machining process for a prototype or existing design resulting in consistent quality, reduced cost, and improved delivery times to meet our customers' most demanding needs. After 20 years of service in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, the Company built its new headquarters in neighboring Germantown, Wisconsin, to accomodate its growth. The Germantown facility now houses the Company's entire operation, producing a full range of precision-machined products using high quality CNC machines and cell manufacturing techniques. It is located just outside of Milwaukee in a brand-new, state-of-the-art, all-in-one manufacturing facility, with good road links and ample space for further development and expansion. The Company is proud of its record of providing and maintaining high quality (in both product and service) to its customers. This is accomplished through a tight product quality assurance program to guarantee specification, conformance and reliability. The quality program is controlled from production, to inspection, and distribution of products, pursuant to agreed-upon delivery schedules. An essential requirement of the Company's objective to continually improve its customer service performance is the installation of a quality control system registered to ISO 9001:2008. The Company's use of specialized computer software to evaluate customer requirements across a spectrum of design options often leads to improved products at reduced prices. The Company's computer-aided manufacturing and broad range of metal-processing machinery further enable a solution to be value engineered and cost effective, without sacrificing quality and fitness for the intended application. The Company supports its design and manufacturing capability by its own strong partnership with selected metal suppliers, heat treatment and coating service providers, enabling a complete auditable service where application performance, delivery, and product cost can be matched to each application.
