Founded in 2005, MADAR Coil Coating Europe is specialized in the production of high quality pre-painted aluminium coils. The investment in equipment included a continuous high speed multi-layer coating line, a coil slitting and embossing line, a cut-to-length line, a paint production plant and an automated paint colour mixing system. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, MADAR Coil Coating Europe is committed to balancing high quality manufacturing, cost-efficiency, and social and environmental responsibility. To achieve this, MADAR Coil Coating Europe combines the exclusive use of high quality raw materials with constant innovation of the production, management and quality control processes. Production started at the end of 2005. The annual production capacity is approximately 30,000 tpy of aluminium or 70,000 tpy of galvanised steel depending on the product mix. Currently, MADAR Coil Coating Europe is exporting most of its production capacity to Europe, Turkey, Australia, Russia, North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf Countries.
