Ltd is the main trading arm of the group exporting and importing various commodities. The company owns two sesame cleaning and hulling plants and has recently opened a new Factory for Sweets, Tahneya-Halva and Tahini. Delta Food Processing and Packing Co. Ltd started by importing bulk quantities of food products and selling directly to wholesalers. After huge success in the field the company opened its own state of the art packing factory, packing and distributing a range of products on a consumer level and is one of the main suppliers in the market today. Commodore Transport Company was established in 2013 catering mainly to the group companies ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products and commodities. Our offshore companies are located in Ethiopia, Dubai, London, and China, all catering to the international markets covering Europe, Asia, The Middle East and Africa, giving the group greater international exposure and presence. Mahgoub Sons Group has a 40% share in Liberty Steel Co. Ltd Sudan, one of the biggest in the steel industry worldwide. Another joint venture for the group was the recent purchase of a controlling share in Sudan's main television channel - Blue Nile Broadcasting Channel. In addition, the company also bought a controlling share in a media production and advertising company while investing huge amounts to purchase the best equipment and provide the best services in the market today.
