Majestic Fund Solutions

Majestic was incorporated in 2006 as an asset management firm. One of its first accomplishments was the launching and managing of an investment fund. After being drowned in legal agreements and regulatory obligations, the co-founders quickly realized that no simple solution existed for creating investment funds in Canada. With this hurdle in mind and several years of invaluable fund management experience, Majestic created a second division in 2014 that would facilitate the creation and management of investment funds for other firms aspiring to do so. This initiative was later rebranded as Majestic Fund Solutions. As of the third quarter of 2020, our clients have aggregate assets exceeding $4 billion, of which over $930M are invested in funds hosted on our fund platform.
