The company was established in 2014 by the three directors: Tara, James and Oliver Morley who branched out from The Halifax Wireform Company where we had, over many years gained invaluable experience and knowledge in all aspects of sheet metal, tubular steel and wire manipulation. After Halifax Wireform ceased trading as a result of the Boxing Day flood in 2015, we were able to engage key staff from wireform and, together with major investment in plant and machinery, have rapidly expanded to be able to manufacture a wide range of products. We are equipped with the most up to date machinery for all aspects of steel cutting, bending, welding and powder coating, Including an Amada 2.5m x 1.25 m laser cutter, which is able to laser sheets from 0.9mm to 6mm thick, An Amada 2mtr CNC press brake allowing many folds on sheet steel in various thickness. Additionally, we have an in line fully automated reclaiming powder coating plant with reciprocators, MIG welding facilities and spot welding machines allowing the manufacture of wire products such as baskets, shelves, wire risers and prong arms .
