Owned and operated by Audrey and Jake Roberts, Maple Rock is surrounded by meadows and maple trees, while only being a two-minute drive from the village of Potsdam. In addition to the B&B, Audrey also offers cooking classes for guests and the local community in their cherry and slate inspired kitchen. Cooking classes focus on using local, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious meal that easily can be replicated at home. During the fall, guests can sit on the back deck or lounge in the screened-in porch while watching the leaves change. Winter brings guests indoors to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in our great room while watching the snow fall. Whether your day takes you cycling on a country road, golfing or skiing, you'll enjoy your stay in the spacious rooms each with a private bathroom, and of course, a delicious breakfast featuring local ingredients from North Country farmers.
