Universal Services and Maintenance (USM) was founded in 1971, providing basic cleaning services to a few small buildings. The major driving force behind the company was its founder and major shareholder, Antoine Kiameh. He remains today a major driving force. When the company started out in business more than 30 years ago, attention to detail helped build its reputation. Now, with some of the biggest institutions and companies in the Middle East among its customers, USM maintains its good name by insisting on the same care and attention that fuelled its expansion.
