Major responsibilities include: • Managing the deck and engine procurement department to ensure performance metrics are met or exceeded • Training and development of team members • Help to grow the deck and engine customer base To qualify for this opportunity you must have the following background and experience: • College degree. • Minimum 3 years of deck and engine procurement experience in the maritime/marine industry or similar experience • Experience managing deck and engine procurement • Excellent leadership skills • Excellent training and team development skills • Highly effective communicator • Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency We offer a very competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
