The Marketplace Group was founded in 1993. Established as a one office, Independent Business to offer a recruitment service to local business offering a more personal recruitment service to those offered by the existing High Street Agencies, the office was to be run by small team of professionals who were driven and motivated by achieving Client and Candidate success and retention rather than making a 'quick sale' to reach a target. 18 Years later, we maintain the same values, and are forever mindful that we would not have a business without our Clients and Candidates. Spanning all Business sectors, this division places administrative staff from junior level to senior management. Our blend of professionalism, commitment and dedication to candidates and clients alike has placed us in the enviable position of long term client relationships, some of which originated during our first operational year. Marketplace Recruitment incorporates Marketplace Executive Division and Marketplace Accountancy. Marketplace Human Resources places professionals in HR, Personnel, Training and Development from administrators to HR Directors. The HR recruitment team are acknowledged within the industry for their expertise gained since their inception in 2000. They have worked successfully with Plcs and SMEs alike across private, public and not-for-profit sectors. They have a national database of Human Resources professionals actively seeking employment and access to specialist job boards for vacancy advertising. Recruiting nationally within the Engineering and Scientific sectors. The division provides specialist staff at all levels into Permanent, Temporary and Contract requirements, specialising in Manufacturing, R&D, Design, Process and Product Development, QA and Validation.
