Marti Technologies Inc. was founded in 2018 to offer tech-enabled urban transportation services to riders across Turkey. The Company launched operations in 2019 with a fleet of 170 scooters on the Asian side of Istanbul. Three years into its operations, the Company operates a fleet of over 46,000 e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters, serving 16 cities across Turkey, serviced by proprietary software systems and IOT infrastructure. Having served over 40 million rides to over 3.5 million unique riders, the Company is currently the number one travel app in Turkey across iOS and Android app stores. Marti offers environmentally sustainable transportation services to its riders in an economically sustainable manner for the Company. Marti’s services are currently delivered via fully electric vehicles which are also shared, thereby contributing to environmental sustainability.
