We utilize state of the art, computerized benders and shearers which allow for greater productivity and accuracy. With the fabrication experience to manage a project, no matter the size or schedule, we provide reinforcing steel to many of Californias largest landmark construction projects. We inventory large quantities of steel in various sizes ranging from #3 to #18 rebar, grade A615/60, A16/A706 and grade 80 black, epoxy or galvanized. Our Iron Workers, when at a job site installing rebar, have two priorities in addition to their strong technical skills: Work safely and stay on schedule! Martinez Steel has in-house a skilled team ready to serve our clients with the most efficient and accurate detailing. We prepare Design Drawings that develop required strengths by applying the appropriate rebar size, spacing, location and lap splicing of steel. Our expertise in utilizing Rebar CAD allows us to ensure precision detailing coupled with the ability to respond quickly in order to stay on schedule. We are one of the only California entities that can perform fusion-type welding that meets all west coast standards and specifications for hoop welding for rebar cages. The size and scope of our work can range from a small custom job to providing thousands of hoops for large infrastructure projects. Additionally, because we now have a Weld Shop in Southern California with another Weld Shop scheduled to come online in January 2021 in the Central Valley, we are ideally suited to meet expectations quickly and cost effectively.
