We now produce a variety of homegrown vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, onions, garlic, salad, potatoes, and fruits: melon, prunes, watermelon, grapes..., just to name a few (you can admire some of them at the colorful display in the Olive-tree restaurant), of a quality that we can definitely be proud of. Our daily harvest is channeled to the hotel's kitchen where our chef adapts the daily menu to the available produce so our clients can enjoy a wide array of savory dishes full of fresh homegrown vegetables. We also have a handful of hens at the farm and from time to time, when available. we offer fresh eggs at the sea-side taverna. Our goal in the future is to diversify into more and more produce so as to increase the variety of the products we offer, always ensuring a premium quality.
