Maverick Partners is a full-service real estate company focused on assisting our clients with the acquisition and disposition of properties in Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Located in downtown Durham, Maverick Partners originally developed a reputation as the expert in Downtown Durham condos and lofts. With a growing following throughout the Triangle area, Maverick Partners agents now provide our clients with superior service from Duke University to Downtown Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville and everywhere in between. Maverick Partners was founded in early 2002 by its principal, Brad Wiese, who had been working for a local development company. From his experience in the building industry, he developed a strong opinion that should offer their clients much more than a sign in the yard or a list of properties.
