To value add our strength in printing solution, we have taken up Rowe, wide format printer, cutter and scanner, and IBM OEM cartridges for HP printers. It is important to educate the market the difference between OEM cartridges and compatible toners. In Malaysia, consumers are confused and mixed OEM cartridges and compatible toners into one. This is wrong as OEM is involving licensing whereas compatible toners does not have. Hardware and toner cartridges are part of the printing solutions. We are providing 'Manage Print Services' to complete the puzzle. Making use of software solutions like PaperCut and POS solutions, we successfully provided an e-Wallet concept to one of the international schools in Malaysia. There is no cash needed in the entire campus, all the purchases can be paid by a pre-paid card including the printing services.
