Upon completion we can offer on-site operator training / safe working practices with regards to the new and existing plant installations. As part of our scope we can undertake trials prior to ordering the plant to prove the design concepts and giving the client the peace of mind in what has been proposed. We have provided projects from a simple 2m wide Dry Filter Booth to a complicated system including a Conveyor, Phosphate Pre-Treatment Wash System, Spray Booth, Robot, Multi-Colour Change Paint Delivery System and Conventional / Gas Catalytic Oven to various parts of the world from: UK, Ireland, Singapore etc. MB Air Systems prides itself in being a forward thinking company utilising the latest in Product Finishing Technology to save the client time and money but still giving a high level of quality for the end product.
