McGinn and Company is committed to supporting both local and national organizations working to better the communities which they are a part of, focusing on organizations working with children, in education and historic preservation. We have also asked staff to pick out charities of personal importance to them, including assistance to individuals with health, educational, or income challenges. One of our favorite events as a staff is shopping for Grandma Rita's Children at the holidays. We spend a Saturday morning in early December at a Toys R US store going aisle by aisle picking out great gifts and then delivering the toys to those in need.
