Mecha Noodle Bar

Mecha means "mom and pop" in Vietnamese. We are paying homage to our upbringing and to all of the hidden gems across the county. From Vietnamese Pho to Japanese Ramen, we serve some of Asia's most comforting dishes. Among other things, we do our version of food that can be found in the streets of Southeast Asia. Mecha Noodle Bar is located in Fairfield, New Haven and South Norwalk, Connecticut.
