MediaLeaders represents a group of marketing professionals that develops campaigns for clients of all sizes. We are based out of Santa Monica, CA and have worked with over three dozen brands in over a dozen industries. Although our roots are in social media, we also provide website development, messaging, direction and overall business advice to many of our clients. We understand there are many great agencies you could work with. We would be honored to work with you. Also, we train agencies on best practices, perhaps we can suggest the best agency fit for your company. Here's how we are different: We do not consider ourselves social media experts, ninjas, gurus or strategists. We are very good at testing campaigns and learning from each of our projects to improve our clients marketing. We test all of our formulas on our own brand before using them on our clients. Our clients know they will work the first time, every time. All of our formulas are repeatable and we educate clients using our videos at every stage of the process. We believe in education so much, that we are one of the few agencies that also hosts our own educational conferences. We wrote a book called "Light, Bright and Polite" and used all of our ideas to ensure the book was a best seller. All of our techniques center around the customer, not technology or buzz words. We believe that if you concentrate on giving your customer the best service possible, then you will have a lasting business (and a meaningful relationship)
