Mediation Services

We help people explore options and create their own solutions to disagreements. We are a non-profit organization that provides mediation services to people involved in disputes. We serve the people of Ottawa County and Allegan County in Western Michigan. Established in 1993 as the Center for Dispute Resolution, we have more than 20 years of experience serving the Lakeshore communities. A part of a network of Michigan community mediation centers, we help people resolve both private and court-referred conflicts. In addition to providing mediation services, we provide mediation education training for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Our Mission:
